During his 30+ year involvement with the Ojai Foundation educational retreat center, Leon was the business manager and oversaw most of the construction on the 36 acre site, situated in the Upper Ojai Valley of Ventura County.  He has extensive experience with the County of Ventura permit processing procedures as well as overall project management skills.  He is also a senior Council trainer on the faculty of the Center for Council Training.
